What is Zi Wei Dou Shu?

Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) is a thousand-year-old system of Chinese astrology once reserved for the imperial court. From your birth date and hour it casts a chart, dividing your life into twelve palaces (career, love, wealth, health, and more), and reads the star energies in each and how they unfold over time.

What do I need to generate a chart?

Just your sex at birth, your date of birth, and your time of birth. If you know the exact time and add your birthplace, we apply a true solar time correction for a more accurate chart. If you do not know the time, we calculate using the noon hour by default.

What is in the report?

The free Herald Edition gives your chart with an overall profile overview. The paid Noble Edition is an in-depth reading of one life area you choose. The Royal Edition goes further, reading your character, health, career, wealth, studies, love, and relationships, plus your current ten-year cycle, and includes 1 follow-up question. The Imperial Edition adds year-by-year detail for the next three years and your next decade transition, and includes 3 follow-up questions. All three paid editions can be downloaded as a PDF.

Which languages are supported?

NebulaMap supports six languages: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese. Your chart and report are presented in the language you choose.

How long does it take and what will I receive?

We cast your personal chart from your birth details and write it up as a clear, palace-by-palace report, delivered within minutes; the most detailed Imperial Edition can take up to about 20 minutes. You can read it on the page or download it as a PDF. Every reading is generated from your own chart, never a generic template.

Can I get a refund?

A paid report is a personalized digital product generated and delivered immediately, so sales are generally final. We do refund a technical failure on our side (you were charged but no report arrived) and duplicate charges, and we honour any refund right the law gives you. See section 8 of our Terms of Service.
